Room Deposit/Guarantee Policy

Reservations will require a deposit of one night’s room and tax upon booking. All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Refundable rates are subject to the following seasonal cancellation periods. Reservations must be canceled by the below number of days before arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
For stays in January - May a 72-hour cancellation applies
For stays in June - September a 7-day cancellation applies
For stays in October - December a 72-hour cancellation applies

Amenity Fee

For all stays, a $46 plus tax per room per night Amenity Fee is applied to all reservations. This includes a welcome drink, bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas (seasonal), unlimited Wi-Fi, daily wellness classes, morning coffee and tea, pool access, swim towels, and access to cedar barrel saunas (seasonal).

Minimum Check-In Age

The minimum age for check-in is 23 years old. Please be sure to have a valid photo ID at check-in.

Security Deposit

Please be sure to have a valid credit card with a matching photo ID to present at check-in. An authorization hold of USD $150 will be taken. If no incidentals or damages are incurred, the hold will be released and returned to your card within a few business days (varies depending on the card).

Pet Policy

While we recognize that pets are part of the family, we are not a pet-friendly hotel.

Smoking Policy

The property is completely non-smoking, including on room terraces. Guests who smoke in their rooms will be charged a $250 fee.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for purchase in person at the front desk of the hotel or via our website. The Rockaway Hotel gift card may be redeemed towards a stay or at any on-site Food or Beverage Outlets, including Margie’s, The Pool House, or The Rooftop. Any questions please call 718-474-1216.
